i18n: keep only VectorCraft's own menu labels, and test that

47 of the 83 entries were labels from other apps ("New blank PDF", "Comments panel",
"Read mode"…) that never appear here. A test now walks the menu tree and fails on any
entry that isn't one of VectorCraft's labels.
