scorecard: FILE-216-5 save-path tests are in the tree (#3476)

Every existing save path (layered TIFF, print PDF, ACO/ASE, .shc, Smart
Filters in PSD, atomic-save failure) already has a save-and-read-back
test; SVG and Photoshop PDF have no writer yet (FILE-215-10).
