Scripting: Property.keyInSpatialTangent / keyOutSpatialTangent under their AE names

Browse Source 
The getters were registered as keySpatialInTangent / keySpatialOutTangent,
so scripts using the documented After Effects names failed with
"TypeError: not a callable function" (setSpatialTangentsAtKey and the
other keySpatial* methods already use AE's names).
