bflatastic 3ae71c16ae Importers: an SVG's linked files are read within the automation roots again ...

The SVG importer runs on a thread of its own since #1852 (for its stack), and the automation
roots in force on the thread that opened the file didn't hold there: an agent confined to a
read root could have the app read any file an SVG links to. The reads now run in the scope of
the thread that asked.
