* M14: Arabic interface language A 2,136-entry Arabic catalog (six CLDR plural forms, Arabic month and weekday names), selected by `ar` and every `ar-*` locale. egui joins Arabic letters but places words left to right, so the catalog is put into display order when it loads (bidi::display_rtl); placeholders, keyboard shortcuts and caption colons stay in place. The command search matches a multi-word Arabic query word by word. The craft-fonts pin moves to the revision with Noto Sans Arabic. crates/fonts/build.rs now refuses to embed Adobe type designs, so the Noto Sans CJK SC in that revision is never embedded (AGENTS.md §1.1).
