* M14: German interface catalog (de) Deutsch (`de`) joins the interface languages as a complete catalog of 2,035 entries: every command, All tools entry, dialog, panel and notice. It is selected from Preferences, and Auto picks it for `de`, `de_DE`, `de_AT`, `de_CH` and other German locales.
