Docs: Select Only Active Photo in the shortcut list and the parity checklist

Add the Cmd+Shift+D row to the library shortcut table with a short note on
what it does and where it can be rebound, add a checklist row for it with
status partial (covered by headless key tests; the native macOS menu path
is not verified), and update the checklist's Last updated line, revision
history and the summary counts that this one row changes.
