Caveat (2026-10-10 review): rows were graded by the agents that built the features, at a coarse grain. A measured match of InDesign 21.6's own menu dump against DesignCraft's labels finds 69% of in-scope menu items (75% against the documented menu tree) (see target-app-parity.md), so read 99% as an upper bound.
